You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Product must be in original packaging and unused condition
 
- All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included
 
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of receipt
 
💡 Used, damaged, or customized products may be subject to partial refunds or denial.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

- Process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
 
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or product defect).
